What should I do when I receive my order?

When you receive your order, put your panties over your underwear to check the size.

If you realize that size is not suitable, we invite you to initiate a return request.

What products can I exchange?

  • Products in their original pouch, that have never been worn or washed.
  • Products that have been purchased on Mme L’Ovary’s website.
  • These items are final sale and therefore not exchangeable or refundable: menstrual cups, herbal tea, laundry capsules, intimate soaps, orgasmic soaps, gift cards.

In the case of a purchase made in-store, the reseller’s return policy applies.

In the case of products that have been damaged or worn, Mme L’Ovary does not guarantee the exchange.

How many days can I request an exchange?

Exchanges can be requested up to 60 days after receiving the order. We accept one exchange per order.

How long does the exchange take?

Once you have received your return, we verify it. We then send you the new order. For a better follow-up, you will be notified by email every step of the way.

Is the exchange free?

  • Canada: The exchanges are free and the postage is covered by Mme L’Ovary.
  • International: The shipping costs for an exchange are your responsibility. Europe: We suggest sending your order back to a relay point based in Luxembourg (to avoid the costs related to crossing the ocean). United States: We suggest you return your order to our Montreal office. A fixed fee of $20will be charged for the return of your exchange.
