You can easily replace the removable pads if needed depending on the day’s flow to stay comfortable and return home dry.
Some people replace the removable pads every 3-4 hours and others every 5-6 hours according to the desired comfort level during the day.
In addition to the panties, which already have a built-in protective layer equivalent to a panty liner, each washable removable pad is equivalent to 1 disposable tampon or pad.
